Our target is to ramp up the programme and provide at least 40 bursaries per year.

Application Criteria
- Bursary applicants must be female, black – as defined in the BBBEE codes – and should be between the ages of 16 and 35 years.
- Students must have a strong academic track record, with an overall pass mark of 65% or higher, and their subjects must include Core Mathematics.
- Bursary applicants must be economically disadvantaged, with financial needs. A signed affidavit or an EMP201 from SARS is required as proof of need.
Institutional Acceptance
- Applicants must have an acceptance letter from a recognised institution (University, Technikon, or any other registered institution in the country that provides a diploma or degree qualification.
- Bursary applications are open to Undergraduate (diploma, degree), Honours, and Masters programmes.
Submission Requirements
- All bursary applications should include:
- A certified copy of your South African identity document.
- A motivation letter explaining how the bursary would impact your life.
- Proof of registration at your preferred institution of study.
- Fee statement from the institution.
- List of study costs (books, residence fees etc).
- Certified copy of results transcripts or matric certificate.
- A detailed CV outlining educational background, work experience (if
- applicable), and any other relevant information.
- A copy of Grade 12 final results or if already in tertiary study, the results from your last academic and latest transcript for the current year.
- Financial affidavit or declaration of family income signed by your parent (s) or guardian (s).
- Completed bursary application form.
